If negative stars was a bank, this would be it. Just wasted an hour with Taylor while simply wanting to close an over 1 year old savings account created from a trust. After several calls to corporate and the originating branch in Cincinnati/OTR, that even shared the original court documents and sent hard copies via fax, no one was willing to remove the hold on the account that was clearly originally placed due to account holder's age.
