Not able to reach bank representatives conveniently. Friendly, though starkly inexperienced. I was convinced overdraft protection was the way to go, but one mistake lead to a trickle of fees that didn't seem to be thoroughly explained... My fault. I arranged to cancel OD protection, but somehow it didn't get processed correctly and this lead to another incident of fees... Their fault!
