Absolutely terrible experience we went to go find out an issue we had with our mortgage and the staff was extremely rude but the worst was a staff member didn’t check her name but she was blonde and had lip fillers. Excellent service and very professional. Someone tried to pull an identity fraud and they didn't let them steal my money. Then they helped me set up new accounts with better security.
Astonishingly unprofessional looking and acting staff. Half the time they look homeless. I check receipts extra carefully here and look forward to closing my remaining accounts soon.
