Great customer service. Michael and Maria are on top of their game. Heading back soon to open my second business account.
Maria is my go-to banker for all things business and personal. If she doesn't know the answer off-hand, which most of the time she does, she'll find out the answer and follow-up with me really quickly! I've been using this branch and bank for over 5 years, and I love that I feel like I matter to them, and not just another account. Michael, the manager, helped with something big for me last year and he went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. I really appreciate you guys!
This branch is the worst ever, customer service from Maria the assistant manager is the worst and she should not under any circumstances be in this position. And Michael the manager really needs training as to how to treat and speak to people. Don't go to this branch!!!!
