South Salem location ATM location ate $450.00 of $500.00 cash deposit I was trying to make ,and I couldn’t get a receipt confirmation of that amount, I called the 800 number and it’s going to take 7 to 45 days to have that cash loss confirmed, as the ATM company working for US BANK has to confirm I tried getting an update and the physical location won’t even answer the phone!!! Considering ending my long relationship with US BANK !! They could have covered me until they resolved the error with the ATM company
Never bank here!!! They will bend rules and make it near impossible to start a company!!! Horrible system good bankers. The higher ups need sued!!!!
Really happy with the customer service we receive at this location. My husband comes here often for his work, but we also bank here personally. Today, Jesus Barron, helped us open our joint savings account. He was helpful and was able to answer all of our questions. Thank you Jesus!
