The last time I was here Michelle treated me so bad and she tells everyone what to do with an attitude. The only reason I know her name is because she was like dude I'm the branch manager Michelle
Trash. On phone hour and half to be transferred to a resolution Department with no voicemail that's closed. Changed my pin..used new pin to withdraw. Next day pin was wrong (oh but pin is RIIIGHT) and now locked away from my money. No resolution.
It's Saturday. Standing in line at the Center St bank. I have been here for 15 min!!!!! There are a total of 18 of us in the line. 2 tellers, no one at the drive through. So one teller has to run back and forth from her window to the drive through. Is a weekend so there is no air conditioning on. It's 89* outside. What the hell.....
