Poor customer service. No greeting. Had to ask if anyone was available to help me (there was three of them) as I had been standing their for a few minute as they chatted away.
A customer in a wheelchair was treated inappropriately by the staff. Despite waiting for over ten minutes, she was ignored and shown no compassion. As a result, I will not be visiting this location again.
Very effective and efficient
Branch website said they closed at 2 pm on Saturday, I arrived a little after 1 to the gate closed, but customers inside. I assumed the gate was just a security measure if there was only one banker was working. After a bit of a wait, more customers arrived and finally asked the bankers if they were seeing more customers. The banker Indicated no and that they close the gate at 1 because they had appointments and wouldn’t be able to take any more customers. There is no signage that indicates early closure. Closed at 1pm sat there and said it’s only 2 of them literally turned us around that was sitting there waiting for a hour just to let the gate down and turn the lights off how unprofessional with customers in there
