Poor customer service, I could not complete my business, very unprofessional.
Bank looks cool, Updated ATM, Parking right by the entrance. In and Out
ATM open only when bank is open! No point!
Generally,I have had a good experience with this branch. The tellers are friendly and efficient. However, on two occasions, I have waited an exorbitant amount of time while the one and only teller served customers with apparently complex transactions. The first time there was another teller present walking around the bank but not taking care of customers. The second time, the second teller had to escort someone to the safe which took at least fifteen minutes. I realize he had no options and I do not fault him. He did help me... read more
Getting ready for Christmas I withdrew certain denominations, the teller was very helpful with a smile on her face.
