Went in to open a new account one hour prior to closing. Matt immediately gave off the impression he wanted nothing to do with opening the e account. Very hesitant to help. Should’ve walked away then. Told him it was trust account so he checked the paperwork, again looking to not do this. Then finally said he didn’t have enough time. Went to another branch and it took 35 min. Avoid this place. They are not helpful.
Everyone there is very helpful & always willing to answer questions you may have. Always a pleasant experience!
