At about 1150am today 12/20/18 I tried to cash a check that was written to me from a local business from us bank I have 2 US bank credit accounts but no checking and was told i had to come inside and pay $7 fee I asked for a Manager who was very rude and said credit cards arent considered an account I then said well I am still a US bank customer you cant waive the fee it says account right here on my us bank statement, and the Manager said no thats not enough Apparently that is not enough to give that "5 star customer servic... read more
