For my first birthday, my grandfather opened a savings account at this branch and deposited ten dollars in it for me. I still have that passbook and the Ladd and Bush branch of US bank remains my main bank for more than 80 years. The staff are, without exception, excellent. I hate US Bank I am going to change to a nether bank because they scammed me
They "opened" my new account about a week ago. Just yesterday, after I tried calling the branch several times with no answer or call back, I wasted money/resources. I was treated like a criminal the moment I walked in. No eye contact, no smiles, just cold and brooding presence from all the floor staff. I deposited a 200 personal check from a close family member.
