I hate US Bank I am going to change to a nether bank because they scammed me
They "opened" my new account about a week ago. Just yesterday, after I tried calling the branch several times with no answer or call back, I wasted money/resources. I was treated like a criminal the moment I walked in. No eye contact, no smiles, just cold and brooding presence from all the floor staff. I deposited a 200 personal check from a close family member. I've been in quiet banks before, but this bank is massive and empty. The staff are usually cordial.
This is my primary banking location the staff are always super helpful over the phone or in person that are very knowledgeable and willing to answer questions or help.
