Multiple horrible experiences at this bank!
Wanted to give four and a half stars but it doesnt let me. I do not have an account with US Bank but needed to get a notary stamp, Ariana was very knowledgeable of what the process was that I needed to go through and alternative options of what I needed. She is a pleasure to talk to, very sweet. Half star off due to low staffing, the gentleman that was before me in line had waited ten minutes for assistance but that was not of the associates fault, she was on phone call and tried to assist the phone call as quickly but patie... read more
