I went to this bank at 4:15 trying to open an account and they weren’t open or at least noone came to their drive thru. Might as well be closed.

The employees here are extremely helpful, especially A.J. Recently I had an issue with wire transfers. I called the wire transfer team at headquarters, and they went by the book and answered my questions. I called A.J., she listened carefully, followed up the next day, and provided me a few suggestions of how my issue could become in the next few days. She gave me ideas to help resolving my issue. Other bankers there are helpful as well.
