Worst bank next to their Newton Iowa branch. Its like they move as slow as possible and every teller is different and each do their own thing. This branch for the first time in renting fir the last 8 yrs I was required to prove who I was before I could deposit a personal check into a business owners business account. Never been asked this before when I mention this he informs me then they have all been doing it incorrectly. Do not EVER use US Bank to lease a car! My leased vehicle was returned in great shape and they charged me $1200 for “wear and tear” and a returned lease. I had the car for four years so you’d expect the car to have the characteristics of a four year old car. It wasn’t perfect but in amazing shape and almost 10k below in miles! I will never use them for anything again! Good luck to anyone who does!!!
I will drive out of my way to visit this branch vs any other in the metro. Love the employees, they all deserve a raise! Edit: just read other reviews and I have never had a negative experience at THIS bank.
They don’t really work with you like other bank or willing too, wouldn’t recommend this bank to anyone who’s being affected by the current financial crisis
Just stopped in to deposit money and the guy working, Luke, was super rude. Barely would say anything, then once the money was deposited he handed me the slip without saying anything, no thank you, no have a good day, nothing at all, it just felt weird? Like I’m sorry you have to do the job you applied for, trained for and got hired for. I shouldn’t feel like an inconvenience for simply depositing money at a bank.
