Just opened a checking and savings account. My bank is easy to travel to. The people are all very helpful and friendly.

Update - I spoke with the person who answered this post and was informed that the KYC program has been in place for years, but was recently updated. Federal regulations require them to keep info about customers. However, it is wrong for the employees to update info without your permission. They are gping to investigate this situation.
