This U.S. Bank is in a convenient location within Safeway. The banking team is very friendly, helpful, and trustworthy.
Update - I spoke with the person who answered this post and was informed that the KYC program has been in place for years, but was recently updated. Federal regulations require them to keep info about customers. However, it is wrong for the employees to update info without your permission. They are gping to investigate this situation. All employees I have dealt with at this branch have been most professional and competent in their jobs. I'm always able to quickly get done what I have to do.
