As others have echoed, Daniel Wright, the branch manager, is amazing and goes above and beyond for customers. I had an issue with the servicing of a US Bank line of credit. He was not only patient enough to spend over an hour on the phone to speak with corporate at the end of the work day, but contacted me the NEXT morning with updates and next steps. This was truly one of the best customer service experiences I've had in my life. US Bank--give this guy the raise and promotion he obviously deserves!!
