I have been coming to this branch for years. I like that the same people work there and know me. They are all very friendly and helpful. The branch has great management and service.
I’ve been a loyal US Bank customer for over 10 years and have never encountered such a poorly managed branch. My experience at this location was not only disappointing—it was disruptive to my business launch. In late May to early June, I attempted to open a Business Essentials account at this branch. Unfortunately, the banker I worked with seemed unsure of the process, failed to apply relevant promotions, and made several setup errors.
