Edith was very unprofessional and was giving an attitude to us. We request a history print out from the last year with all checks we had deposited in our business account to complete our business taxes. She was asking for over $200 to provide an account history when it has been always free. We asked for the manager and she said he/she was on vacation and she didnt offer any other resources.
