Extremely and distressingly bad customer service. They don't even deserve one star rating. If your not a resident of Big bear you cannot open a checking account. They refused to open an account for me because I did not provide a rental agreement showing that I was a resident of Big bear. I am a traveling business man/student and I bank with chase and B of A. but there is no b of a or chase in big bear.
