Branch Manager Tatum at this location is absolutely the worst, she has no clue what she is doing and I personally caught her in multiple lies. So today she sends us a letter, not an official US bank letter, but a letter drafted by her personally. Telling us that she is closing our account, since when can a person that is a branch manager at a fry's center just decide they are closing your account.
