Slowest rudest tellers!!! Have to go to this branch for work and always sit in the drive thru for 15-20 minutes while everyone does nothing!! Worst branch
Never had a bad experience here. Staff is friendly, sure at the busier times you may have to wait a bit but that's life.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced in a US Bank. I went in today 30 min before they closed. The teller was very rude to 3 Hispanic men in front of me. Yelling across 2 other tellers stating that they couldn't accept an id from Puerto Rico. I was embarrassed for them. I waited in line for 15 min and when we told her our account needs closed she told my husband we needed to go sit and wait until she gets the line down. No please or thank you. This bank never answers the phone! It is ridiculous and when you go in the branch it takes entirely too long to complete deposits or fill a change order! I mean really you have 1 job... banking! So do banking!
