They messed up my patriot bond (EE series) they signed it, and wont cash it (need acct open for 7 years) and now I can't cash it anywhere else because their signature and stamp is on it. Would give zero stars if I could. I've held this bond for 20 years and now can't use it. What a shame.

On the website say is open but they are closed that’s no good for old people walking on the cold
