I have been using that bank for more years than I care to remember lol. I have never had a bad experience everyone is so nice and helpful and always treats me great. Would recommend this bank to everybody
My mother in law passed away on May 25 2025 she was the only one on her accounts. My husband wa waiting for his personal representative papers through our probate lawyer in the mean time U.S Bank would not not freeze her accounts until he had the paper to show he was personal representative which he became on July 1st. From may 28th to June 9th his aunt took $8350.00 from her accounts leaving her checking negative $3700.
