Arrived at 9am and cones were still in the drive thru lanes so went elsewhere abd came back around 910am they were still up tried calling to see if closed for some reason but nothing. Then when I free the button to speak to a person phone hung up. If you never intend to open how about signage. So finally went to drake location where for the first time in almost 4 yrs I was asked to provide my ID. I was depositing into a business account. Jennifer and Dragana provided exceptional service when i went to the downtown location today! Everyone was so welcoming and polite. The Security officer, named Angel, offered assistance immediately and was so kind. What a wonderful experience and staff!
Nothing but problems with US Bank. As soon as I see away out, I am Outta here and my Wife Too!
Many workers sitting down , 1 teller, long wait not seeing importance taken into assisting people waiting in line
Super inefficient. Tellers rather have small talk after a transaction then help the next person. This location is not ideal If you have a business account and need to be efficient.
