Dan wouldn’t cash a check from my employer, telling me I couldn’t deposit it into my checking account either as the problem was with the other bank. I checked with my employer, I sent a picture of the check and after being reassured everything was fine I went back to the USBank branch where Dan wasted another 15 minutes of my time before someone else came out and pointed out that the problem was that my account was overdrawn, not my employer as Dan assumed. Great experience!! Jacob Schuring was perfect!!! As an older guy that really hates to have to scan QR codes to make an appointment to talk to a banker I got very frustrated and a nice lady asked me to sit down. Jacob came up a couple times and then said “ are you waiting for a banker?” I said yes he finally said that he was not busy, , “I’m a wealth management guy, but I’ll help you” he was so kind and complete and I will definitely ask for him next time.
