Great experience!! Jacob Schuring was perfect!!! As an older guy that really hates to have to scan QR codes to make an appointment to talk to a banker I got very frustrated and a nice lady asked me to sit down. Jacob came up a couple times and then said “ are you waiting for a banker?” I said yes he finally said that he was not busy, , “I’m a wealth management guy, but I’ll help you” he was so kind and complete and I will definitely ask for him next time. I needed help closing and opening a student account for my son. I met with the banker Dan to assist with this. What should have take 30 mins max turned into over an hour, as Dan was trying to sell me on a new credit card in which I ended up surrendering and applying. That ended up taking so much time that Dan was not able to cancel my account (the original reason for my visit).
