I needed help closing and opening a student account for my son. I met with the banker Dan to assist with this. What should have take 30 mins max turned into over an hour, as Dan was trying to sell me on a new credit card in which I ended up surrendering and applying. That ended up taking so much time that Dan was not able to cancel my account (the original reason for my visit).
