I just met Titus at us bank off of 41st street. I have to say he was great. I was welcomed as walked in door. He did everything to make my experience perfect and even shook my hand before leaving branch. It was very curious and professional. Great job Titus and nice meeting you
Titus provided great and timely service
My daughter who is 15 went inside to cash her payroll check. The reason she didn’t deposit it is because the last time she did the check bounced and she received a fee from her bank. So she went in and the guy who was working first of all asked why she just didn’t deposit it. She explained why. He asked Do you have an account with us? She replied no, mind you I do. He said well there is a $7.00 fee to cash it unless you want to open an account here. And he was rude the whole time. She said at this point just take the fee out... read more
