This location has the worst customer service of all the US Banks in the city. From the ATM not working to poor service at the window never fails.

Had a very nice banking experience considering I'm a Blackman from a major US city. They were very nice and helpd me solve my issue. They felt no discomfort and neither did I. There is no Black people in Sioux Falls SD so this was a major plus.
