I was with this Bank for the last three years they decided to close my checking account for no parent reason and told me I cannot bank there anymore. And they never gave me no reason at all why they’re closing my account if I could, I would give them negative hundred stars
The fraud department is a joke. After receiving a text verification number I did not request, I called their fraud department as instructed. After 20 minutes of being transferred between 4 different baffled representatives, I was just disconnected with no resolution or answers. In an age where online fraud runs rampant, this is inexcusable and worrisome.
