This is the worse bank in town specifically this branch, today 10-31-2025 around 4pm we came to this branch to notarize a document and we were denied, the banker said us bank don’t notarize document just like that . After we left This branch we went to first premier bank and got the document signed and notarized by a first premier banker. This banker at U.S. bank is a completely joke, if this is the type of help that clients get from this guys then he should be fired immediately. I was with this Bank for the last three years they decided to close my checking account for no parent reason and told me I cannot bank there anymore. And they never gave me no reason at all why they’re closing my account if I could, I would give them negative hundred stars
The fraud department is a joke. After receiving a text verification number I did not request, I called their fraud department as instructed. After 20 minutes of being transferred between 4 different baffled representatives, I was just disconnected with no resolution or answers. In an age where online fraud runs rampant, this is inexcusable and worrisome.
