Most of the review had nothing to do with what I was trying to do. As I said before, the person I was dealing with was trying to help me register for online banking, but the bank could not send me a password link. We tried many times. Your employee was great, your software could use a little help. As far as the questions that had nothing to do with my call, I still gave the employee a 10.
Has to be the worst atm went both days Saturday and Sunday didn't work either day you guys need to get this take care of or put in a 2nd atm somewhere eles in town waste of time.
Have had the worst experiences here after my father died specifically. Whenever I asked questions they replied rudely and not to mention they lost his death certificate and created a whole other stressful situation. US bank life events specialist who I talked to on the phone was super helpful during this difficult time but the people here were not. I would recommend going to a different location or a different bank.
Very, very slow drive up service.
