The worst bank in this town. The tellers are useless. Seriously. Idk why I even try to stop here.
I came in simply to get a medallion signature, fully expecting a quick routine transaction. When I made the appointment I was told to bring my mother's death certificate and her will, which I did. Unfortunately, the person I was dealing with was extremely rude and unprofessional. Her rudeness was only matched by her profound incompetence and lack of knowledge. Most of the review had nothing to do with what I was trying to do. As I said before, the person I was dealing with was trying to help me register for online banking, but the bank could not send me a password link. We tried many times. Your employee was great, your software could use a little help. As far as the questions that had nothing to do with my call, I still gave the employee a 10.
