They were not able to fix an error that the 10th St location has made. They have no way of cashing a bond if you havent had an account for 5 years. Their system doesn't override it. Their East 10th St location had stamped and signed it without cashing it and the downtown location was not able to rectify it. Would give zero stars if I could. I will be banking elsewhere in the future.
It's ok for a banker to be rude but when I reciprocated her energy. The branch closed my account abruptly during a direct deposit. I wouldn't suggest using this bank. There's many other options explore yours carefully. Also, I would give them -0 but there's not a option.

That is the worst bank ever bank at I would never bank here ever again they close my checking account for no reason at all they never gave me no answer
