This Branch is inside a Safeway. Can't deposit Cash at the ATM, only Checks for some stupid reason.
I was asked to provide an account number to break a $20 bill. The branch manager was helping me and said it was policy. I have an account, but this is a dumb policy. I've been to many US Bank branches and was never asked for this. He made an exception after I objected.
The staff at this small branch is outstanding. They have taken the time and patience to help me everytime I needed help. Amirah, Jeremiah, and Pan are the absolute best. I love this branch.
