Have a safe deposit box at this branch but currently under construction. Wasn’t informed of this but sure - now I need to access my box and they say I need to make an appt. I call and they tell me they can’t schedule an appt because branch is closed and to just walk in. I tell them the branch told me to call first or they won’t let me in. Around and around we go. These are MY items in MY box that I pay for. And yet I can’t access them? Truly atrocious customer experience.
It’s currently under but the ATM works!
Great bank and workers but now it is permanently closed.
