After more than 10 years as a loyal U.S. Bank customer, I was shocked to have my account suddenly closed due to an alleged “fraud risk” with little to no explanation. Even worse, my funds are being held for up to 30 days, leaving me without access to my own money. Quick stop. Accomplished task. CSR was very helpful and I was in and out in under 5 minuites. Branch office very open and airy. Very nice. Only minor downside is the CSR pushing a credit card application on me.
Fantastic experience today. Really appreciative of Logans time. He was friendly, courteous and efficient. Finally cleared up some banking issues i have been dealing with for some time. Thanks again for the help Logan!
