Jessica & Ajay are both very helpful, positive, and engaging. Compared to many other "local" banks, I actually feel right at home here. Good bank to work with locally. Now the team at corporate? That's another story!!!! :)
I have always found the US Bank employees to be very helpful in any way they could be.
Worst bank ever. My husband closed his account and they ended up not closing it untill the next morning it was overdrawn $61 by another company to make payment. That company returned the money and now U.S bank are charging the over charge late fees it all jumped to over $500 when it was only a $61 that was returned to them anyways!!!. Its there fault for not closing the account when my husband walked in!
They are always friendly and explain anything I ask them. I usually have my kids with me and they interact and are kind to them. Haven't had any problems.
Horrible bank. Couldn't give me change because "they don't have enough", which is a load of BS. Glad I don't bank with them
