I am from Alameda and needed to do some complicated banking in Rohnert Park branch of US Bank. So I call my branch in Alameda and the assistant manager, (Traci) referred me to Susan La at the Rohnert Park branch. Upon going to the branch, Susan La greeted me and asked if I was so and so referred by the Alameda branch. I confirmed and Susan took care of my business transactions and was so accommodating and flexible. Now this is the type of banking everyone needs……soooo personable. Thank you Susan La
US Bank Branch works for me. The ATM seems to function every time & security cameras everywhere. The bank lobby people are helpful. Maybe I'm getting lucky, or maybe this branch has their act together. I was listening to Rohnert Park Public Safety radio (154.10 MHz FM) & there was a false Hold Up alarm. In about 30 seconds, there were four police cars surrounding the bank with powerful guns at the ready. They phoned the branch manager to step outside, which he did to confirm the false alarm.
