I’ve had accounts with US Bank since the 1990’s and have been at the Sebastopol branch since 2003ish. The customer service used to be stellar. It’s awful now. The manager, Jessica Cane just laughed at me when I explained a problem and asked if there was anything that could be done. She straight up laughed into the phone. The tellers are constantly changing and are pretty rude and seemingly inexperienced. Update: My review below still applies but the branch manager is awful. I don’t know how many fees I’ve incurred that he would not forgive even though I came in with money the very next day, not to mention he was very unprofessional and rude. I spoke to Downtown SR and they highly encouraged me to close my account with this location and open with them to avoid anymore bias from this manager. This bank is so personable!
