All I wanted to do was deposit money into my business account and go back to work. I sat there for almost an hour. I was greeted after about 20 mins of being next in line, then to just get called over by a lady and told to have a seat in which I'll be next shortly... The associates are always extra helpful. The place is always neat and tidy.
Seized my business account funds due to "fraud", pretty sure someone just made a simple mistake. Banker set up business account wrong. Waiting still over 2 weeks to have another business banker return calls. Customer service passes you around, no one knows much it seems.. no stars is not an option...
