Because of my persistent questioning, the staff was readily capable of affording me understandable answers for my needs. They took their time to offer me clear understandings of their many offerings at US Bank. The staff was friendly.

All I wanted to do was deposit money into my business account and go back to work. I sat there for almost an hour. I was greeted after about 20 mins of being next in line, then to just get called over by a lady and told to have a seat in which I'll be next shortly...
