This is the absolutely slowest drive through at a bank I've ever seen in my life!! 1 lane open every time I come here!! They broke their record today!! Woohoo!! I waited exactly 42 minutes with only 1 car in front of me! Congratulations US Bank!! Keep up the fantastic work!!
Okay been a client here for years ..Mostly b/c of the convenience near my home and ALOT of places I shop not far from. Work as well . After COVID US bank has really changed for the worst. They do almost all banking transactions in and thru the DRIVE THRU . It's very uncomfortable shouting my bank info into a box in my car with lines of people waiting behind me ..COVID is. Behind us for the most part I think it's time to move forward US bank . I can't be alone in this ....
