Worst banking experience of my life.. Horrific customer service.. Terrible management.. I am closing my accounts as we speak.. I went to the drive-through since the lobby is closed, To withdraw money I provided my ID she then sent my account balance. My ID is from out of state but is the idea that I used to open the account since I have dual residency..
