The absolute best U.S. Bank location. I will always try to go to this exact location over any other others in Madison, Wisconsin.
God awful institution. Do not expect any help or useful service from the corporate office, and do not file a complaint because you will never receive a call, nor see your money again. They think that it is a good idea to close your accounts out, send you a check, and never call you to ask questions, nor explain their reasonings. If there was a negative rating it was be applied but without an option, they are receiving far more than they deserve or more that they gave me.
