Showed up on a Saturday at 10:45 to get help with transactions and open kids bank accounts. Been a life long us bank customer (mortgage, savings, checking). Place was empty but was told I needed to come back on a weekday. The whole point of having a bank nearby is for things like this. Why are you open if you can’t do the basics? Final straw for US bank after years declining. Will move online moving forward
Staff were very pleasant, but you cannot get change here without a US Bank account.
Alysha, Caleb and I cannot forget the original teller (name draws on me) for their help and support during trying times. Not only did they allow me a breath of air to feel relief, but also allowed a space for me to be comfortable with what tends to be a shameful interaction. I appreciate the help, kindness and the due diligence in aiding me during this financial season.
Not enough staff to serve customers and one of the newer tellers named Lowe was rude and smug.
