I came in for help with bonds and subsequently opening an account. Tick Baccam helped me. While I was unable to cash the bonds (I did not have an account here yet), Tick was super friendly and gave me all of the resources and information on how else I could do what I was intending to-even printing some forms for me to fill out if I couldn't find somewhere local, and telling me where else might be able to help with notarizing the forms if need be. I called the branch but the banker (her name is June I think) who took the phone call was super rude. She kept cutting me off to the point I had to say can you stop cutting me off. When I tried to tell her my situation she told me “it’s not my problem”???? Worst experience ever!
Best service ever received from any banking facility! !! I have business and personal accounts with them and every time I walked in I feel welcomed and always received excellent customer service. Junie even helped me after hours and wire a fund first thing the second business day. Without their help, my refi closing wouldn’t go so smoothly. Thank you guys !!
