i’ve had nothing but positive experiences with this bank and created a lot of friendly relationships with the bankers. however, i had a frustrating phone call with someone from us bank at e campus mall that i have never spoken to before. he kept claiming i was not myself even though i repeatedly verified my address. i asked if he was the manager or if i could speak with someone else and he lied and said both that he was the manager and that there was no one else for me to speak with. i will be coming in in person to see the ... read more
