I called in and was provided incorrect information. I tried to hold them accountable, and not only was I told I was wrong, I was told to get out. The lack of professionalism was very surprising coming from a bank.
This was my go to branch, after the last couple of visits I will never go back. We’ll move our business account to another bank

I just arrived from my trip and Peggy was there for me to clarify latest transaction, Peggy was so kind and very helpful. She resolved my situation, she was so patient. 🥰
Inexperience and unwilling staff. Waste of time. Avoid. Booked an appointment describing the nature of my request. When I went in for the appointment, the staff was not sure they could help me, they tried calling the Backoffice and would come up with excuses on how they cannot do it.
