Put bank inside market wrong idea
I just arrived from my trip and Peggy was there for me to clarify latest transaction, Peggy was so kind and very helpful. She resolved my situation, she was so patient. 🥰
Inexperience and unwilling staff. Waste of time. Avoid. Booked an appointment describing the nature of my request. When I went in for the appointment, the staff was not sure they could help me, they tried calling the Backoffice and would come up with excuses on how they cannot do it. It seemed more than any technicalities, the staff was just reluctant to help because when I went into a similar business next door with the same request, they helped me with it right way and had no confusion with my request.
