On my visit to the us bank at Irvine Albertsons I was assisted by Zhura Qaderi , client relationship consultant. She spent a whole hour with me suggesting new and more profitable investment options and helped to guide me through the process of accomplishing this new goal. She also assisted me with opening the US bank app to make future transactions smoother. Throughout my interaction with Zhura, she was friendly, knowledgeable, very effective and highly professional. Slow as heck. You'd wonder if these employees actually are tellers/bankers because they don't seem to know what they're doing. And they take their sweet time!

I called in and was provided incorrect information. I tried to hold them accountable, and not only was I told I was wrong, I was told to get out. The lack of professionalism was very surprising coming from a bank.
