Great customer service, cody overlay has always helped me resolve any issues or banking needs I have ever had . The other people in the branch have helped me a few times too. From my experience with us bank They can resolve any issues you may have But they can't always solve "UTS" errors. which is why most people get disgruntle.
Can't say I've had a worse experince with any other bank, and I've had some pretty bad ones. It's funny too because their slogan is "Five Star Service Guaranteed". I actually laugh when I drive by their signs because its so far from the truth. I opened a checking account with them a while back that offered $200 for opening the account if you spent at least $50 a month on their debit card (easy enough).
