My Mom has been banking at US Bank since the bought out the old Downey Savings Bank. She switched over to the DTLA office when then finally closed their branch at Loyala corners. Prior to COVID my mother and I loved the atmosphere, the kindness and the courtesy that the tellers like Tina and others would provide.
