From my Mother In Law's responses to the US Bank survey about services received yesterday at this branch. I walked in with my daughter-in-law to the Normal, Illinois branch (1401 S Main St.) to discover a small space that lacked privacy for banking needs. While waiting for the first teller customer to finish there was less than 6 feet between us and not only that customer but two people who were sitting in the lobby at a desk with another bank employee working on a personal loan. Cynthia and Misty were fantastically-knowledgeable on several banking and local things. They knew which of their banks carried which denominations, several things about how US Bank compares with other banks, tips on which local restaurants to dine. And they were wonderfully friendly and social. They'll treat you well.
Friendly and always willing to help. They go step by step explaining every detail if needed. My bank for years! Thank you for all you do!!!
