Service was Crappy. I will be in Tuesday 1/23/24 to close one of my accounts. Their fees have pushed this account into the red. About a $1.48. The other account will be closed as well when the CD runs its course. Going to a local Credit Union. To the owner- THIS ISN'T A COMPIIMENT smart a__
This is the worst US Bank branch I have ever done business with in 20 years of banking with US Bank. I have been lied to numerous times by the staff there. I had a safe deposit box at this bank for years and suddenly they charged me 2X what I had been paying in the past because they did not automatically discount me %50 as US Bank had been doing for nearly 20 years as a perk for military service. This particular branch has let me down several times. The reps working are not apologetic nor empathetic. Just pathetic. Would give 0/5 if I could.
