I called in reference to a Safe Deposit Box. I was told by the Downtown branch that they do not offer them (complete bullshit) but 9th Street does. 9th Street put me on ETERNAL HULD, and after 10 minutes, hung up. As a long term high value customer, I don't appreciate this complete lack of service.
There always seems to be. Hang up while cashing checks at this location particularly the lady with the snarky attitude and short hair , hi pressure sales tactics to strong arm people into starting an accounts or else she will come up with some sort of excuse why they can't cash it for a number of reasons but not limited too , " the bank has no cash" to ur ID won't scan" but the US bank down the Rd and any other one I go to doesn't seem to have a problem EVER it's too bad that this is the way this bank decides to be represent... read more
We have been USBank customers for decades. Recently we met with Felicia for notary service on 2 occasions. Each time she was unpleasant, unhelpful and wouldn't notarize our very legitimate government forms for very trivial and irrelevant reasons. Both times we went to another of our banks on the same trip and day, and had the same forms notarized immediately without any issues. Suggest you use the other USBank downtown where we have had polite and helpful service.
Staff is amazing very helpful and knowledgeable also they will help resolve problems. Customer Service is 100 percent on target
