ASK ABOUT THEIR FEES. We opened an IRA here with a CD here because they had a good rate. The employee declined to inform us that, unlike the many banks we have had IRAs with before, US Bank charges an _annual fee_ for retirement accounts, which was a detail buried in the many pages of documents supplied to us that day. Once we learned, it was too late; we couldn't take our money out without a big hit due to the CD. We needed several services and booked an appointment. The customer service representative, Greta, not only provided excellent service, but helped us add an account that is beneficial to our banking. We appreciate US Bank!
Most of the staff is friendly, but expect to be here for at least 25 minutes even when doing a simple transaction. Often only 1-2 people available to help customers which is frustrating. Even if they aren’t able to help, the tellers will yell over their current customer to ask what the people in line need, so not only are they pausing the progress with the current person in front of them, they are yelling across the lobby just to tell the people in line “you’ll have to keep waiting” which is just weird to me, considering we’... read more
I have been baking with US for 40 years, here in Corvallis for 5 and they have always been friendly, helpful and patient with me. I recommend them.
I’m not usually a review gal, but this branch is fantastic! After the sudden death of my father this specific branch has been so helpful and friendly!! Way better than a previous branch, many kuddos!
