Never typically write reviews, in fact this is the first but this demands it. Have been trying to get a new copy of a money order for well over a week and a half (calling most of those days). Initially was told would not be a problem, emailed info and picture to one of the workers. Called back after no response or action was taken for several days. Then told by another worker of the corvallis branch I could go to a local branch and resolve the situation. Followed through to the local branch and was told wildly different info... read more
The US Bank at this location is consistently staffed with superb professional staff who deliver fast, efficient, and courteous service. Ovver many years I have never known them to make a mistake or be anything but courteous.
