Drove all around to try and find this banks branch in the woodbury village. My gps has brought me to this "bank" twice and there is nothing. Finally after wasting a bunch of gas and a headache later, we call the number on the website and they said they are located inside of lunds & byerlys. BUT there is no sign or advertisement saying they are located in lunds. How are people supposed to know that this banks branch is located INSIDE of a grocery store without any logo or advertisement? Will not be returning.
What a rude uninformed woman working there today. I was trying to do a over the counter withdrawal today and she had the nerve to correct me. I do this all the time at UsBank locations and never have a problem. This woman was downright unwelcoming and a know it all. I will go to other locations with far better service next time. Never correct the customer when it can cost you business.
