I have a very long history at this branch on campus, have used it for many years. Literally every single teller and manager at this branch that I've interacted with over the years has been amazing to work with. They've all been very personable and ready to help with whatever is needed. They get to know your banking needs and teach you how to use each banking product to YOUR advantage. Then you decide what you want, no pressure from them.
The service at WKU 's USBank is outstanding, and the staff members are insightful. I appreciate every assistance whenever I visit the branch. Great service, keep it up my people.!
I currently work for this branch and I can assure you, despite the other reviews saying otherwise, this branch does exist! We are located inside the Downing Student Union, on the bottom floor, inside the WKU Store.
