Have banked with them since 2008. Never been an issue because I don’t let my accounts go negative. Like any bank, there will be a check cashing fee if you’re not a member there! Again, not an issue if you have an account with them. Follow the rules and you’ll be treated well.
Pathetic excuse for a bank. They charge you for everything possible including cashing a check drawn on their Bank by one of their customers

The people in the branches are very nice, but when you have to deal with customer service like trying to get things set up on the website or like setting up transfers it can be extremely slow. Slowest Bank I've ever had to deal with.
My husband and I had our accounts comprised. We were very scared and worried. I arrived at the US Bank on Cave Mill Rd and was greeted by Brice Benham. All I can say is Thank God for this man. He was so patient and so understanding of our situation. He worked with me, my husband and my kid and made it painless.
