I wanted to start an account with US Bank. The service was outstanding. They were great at explaining my options and how to use them. Thank you!
The people in the branches are very nice, but when you have to deal with customer service like trying to get things set up on the website or like setting up transfers it can be extremely slow. Slowest Bank I've ever had to deal with.
My husband and I had our accounts comprised. We were very scared and worried. I arrived at the US Bank on Cave Mill Rd and was greeted by Brice Benham. All I can say is Thank God for this man. He was so patient and so understanding of our situation. He worked with me, my husband and my kid and made it painless.
